The Association of Internal Transport Operators of Paraguay is pressuring the Luque Municipal Board to approve a bus fare increase to 3,400 guaranis, less than 20 days before the internal elections. The request comes after a unilateral increase earlier this year, which led to an administrative proceeding that remains unresolved.
