A traffic accident on the morning of this Monday (18) left a 22-year-old young man injured on Avenida Médicos del Chaco in Asunción. The driver lost control of the vehicle after a tire blowout and collided with a tree on the median strip, being rescued and taken to the Trauma Hospital.

A man was seriously injured during an attempted robbery at a grocery store in San Antonio, Paraguay. The victim, who lost a large amount of blood, is hospitalized at the Trauma Hospital and needs blood donors. Security cameras recorded part of the incident, and police are investigating the case.
Rafael Antonio García Aguayo, 42, was shot in the abdomen upon arriving at his business on Saturday night (16) in San Antonio, Central Department. The criminals, who acted with privileged information, fled without taking anything. The victim is hospitalized at the Trauma Hospital of Asunción, out of danger.
